Joel Grayson is a partner in the firm's real estate, business and litigation practice. He is a recognized authority in the field and has been in practice for over thirty five years. Mr. Grayson represents real estate brokerages, realtor associations, licensees, developers, contractors, builders, investors, lenders, buyers and sellers. He provides services in all aspects of real estate and business law including planning, transactions, licensing, mediation, arbitration and court matters. Mr. Grayson is a published writer and authors legal columns for local, regional and national newspapers and magazines. He practices in both Oregon and Washington.
